Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provided us with big rooms, but they were not very clean, especially the terrace. The staff, including the manager, were unpolite with no smiles or small talk, making it the worst hotel I have ever visited. Abdur Rahman was helpful in changing the room upon request.
The hotel had some drawbacks like rooms that were pretty basic and needed improvement in cleanliness, but the service was exceptional with staff always willing to go the extra mile. The location was outstanding, right in the city center, though the dining experience left something to be desired. However, the hotel offered a memorable stay overall.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed with new cotton linens, and everything had a stylish silver color theme, from the bed to the desk and even the bathroom. A special shoutout to Abdur Rahman for being incredibly helpful and changing the room setup upon our request. The service was a bit of a mixed bag with some friendly staff like Ali and Sukru, but there were moments of confusion like when a staff member tried to rush me out. The location is a bit isolated, making it challenging to explain to taxis, but it's close to key attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The dining experience left something to be desired with small portions and repetitive dishes, but I did enjoy the unique baked apples. Overall, the facilities were decent, although there is room for improvement.
This hotel was a mixed bag for me. On one hand, the rooms were big but not very clean, and the staff, including the manager, were not polite at all. However, Abdur Rahman came to the rescue and was very helpful during our stay. The terrace wasn't in the best shape either, especially considering its silver color theme throughout. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.
