The hotel provided us with big rooms, but they were not very clean, especially the terrace. The staff, including the manager, were unpolite with no smiles or small talk, making it the worst hotel I have ever visited. Abdur Rahman was helpful in changing the room upon request.

Rooms

The rooms were big but not very clean, especially the terrace. The cleanliness was lacking, and the staff, including the manager, were unpolite with no small talk.
Service
7.0
The service was helpful and friendly, although there was an incident where one staff member called Gummet, causing trouble. The staff was always willing to offer free coffee, local advice, and assist with special requests.
Location
6.0
The hotel is located in a very small and crowded area, but it provides easy access to trams and tourist locations. Taxi directions were a bit challenging, but alternatives were available to reach popular spots like the Blue Mosque and Sultan Ahmet.
Dining

The dining experience varied but was not satisfactory, with repetitive meals that lacked variety and quality. The food options need improvement.

The hotel had some drawbacks like rooms that were pretty basic and needed improvement in cleanliness, but the service was exceptional with staff always willing to go the extra mile. The location was outstanding, right in the city center, though the dining experience left something to be desired. However, the hotel offered a memorable stay overall.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were pretty basic and not particularly clean. Housekeeping was only done upon request, and the ambiance was dim, leading through a kitchen.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and kind, always offering free coffee, local advice, and eager to fulfill any special requests, but they may benefit from more training for efficiency.
Location
8.0
The hotel is situated in the city center, which is the main highlight. It may be a bit challenging for taxis to locate initially, but it offers easy access to key attractions and amenities in a magical city with lovely staff.
Dining

The dining experience was less than average, offering a simple traditional Turkish breakfast with little variety, the same daily, and not meeting the standards expected in Istanbul.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed with new cotton linens, and everything had a stylish silver color theme, from the bed to the desk and even the bathroom. A special shoutout to Abdur Rahman for being incredibly helpful and changing the room setup upon our request. The service was a bit of a mixed bag with some friendly staff like Ali and Sukru, but there were moments of confusion like when a staff member tried to rush me out. The location is a bit isolated, making it challenging to explain to taxis, but it's close to key attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The dining experience left something to be desired with small portions and repetitive dishes, but I did enjoy the unique baked apples. Overall, the facilities were decent, although there is room for improvement.

This hotel was a mixed bag for me. On one hand, the rooms were big but not very clean, and the staff, including the manager, were not polite at all. However, Abdur Rahman came to the rescue and was very helpful during our stay. The terrace wasn't in the best shape either, especially considering its silver color theme throughout. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms, unfortunately, were not the best. They were big but lacked cleanliness, and the silver color theme was not appealing. However, Abdur Rahman was helpful when we needed a change.
Service
5.0
Service here was a bit of a hit or miss. While most staff members were not friendly or polite, Gonca stood out as being nice and helpful whenever needed. The inconsistency in service was evident, with staff members missing from the reception at times.
Location
6.0
The location had its ups and downs. While it was close to major attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia, it was a bit challenging to explain to taxis. However, there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it convenient for dining out and getting essentials.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience here was quite disappointing. The menu seemed repetitive, offering the same cold fries, salad, and not-so-great ham every time. The promise of variety was not fulfilled.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were lackluster overall, reflecting the overall disappointing experience at this hotel.
